For use with Accu-Chek Active, Glucotrend, Glucotrend 2, and Glucotrend Premium (Accu-Chek Active Strips replace Glucotrend Plus Strips).

Test strips for quantitative blood glucose readings within the range of 0.6-33.3 mmol/L. Pack of 50 test strips, one coding chip, 1 package insert. After opening a new pack of Glucotrend Plus Glucose test strips, you must remove the old coding chip from your meter and replace it with the coding chip from the new pack.
