Peppermint is also used to help treat fevers, colds and flu and can assist with travel and morning sickness.
To make a tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2g of peppermint leaves. Infuse for 10 – 15 minutes and drink 3 – 4 times daily.
Combines well with Elder Flower and Yarrow for colds and flu.
