Mix 75g (3 level scoops) with 250mL - 300mL of cold water and consumer the entire serve 10-15 minutes before commencing workout.
NB. Flavour intensity can be altered for individual taste by adjusting amount of water used. Consume a maximum of 1 serve per day.
