Iron works as a blood tonic. Both vitamin b6 and iron are necessary for the formation of haemoglobin which transports oxygen to the tissues. Iron also helps the body to produce energy and supports healthy nervous function. Vitamin c is included as it may assist in the absorption of dietary iron.
Each tablet contains: ferrous fumarate 16mg
equiv. elemental iron 5mg
calcium ascorbate dihydrate 121mg
equiv. ascorbic acid 100mg, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg, folic acid 95mcg, vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) 50mcg.
Does not contain: added yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

1 - 2 tablets
once a day with food
or advised by your healthcare professional.
